Questions buyers ask.

Why are there no prices on these programmes?

Trade prices are net rates for approved agencies. They are shown in the partners portal after sign-in, or quoted by our trade desk in 24–48 hours. Public prices on our consumer site are retail and do not apply to trade bookings.

Can we change a sample programme?

Yes. Length, order of the days, hotel and cruise standard, guide language and pace can all be set to your brief, and programmes can be combined, for example the Lake Nasser cruise after the classic circuit.

Is the White Desert overnight always possible?

No. The desert camp night is subject to permit and weather, and the route can change on the day. We confirm it before the booking is final, and suggest another date in the hottest months.
